  9. Seriously. I've been playing for 6 years by now. I always skipped the caged system and only learned one or two positions for pentatonic scales. Now that I'm finally learning the fret board, I see how EVERYTHING is finally fitting together somehow.

  10. I have tried learning to memorize the notes on a fretboard for years now and this has been the only method to help me understand how the system works

  11. Nice. It would have been nice if you could have shown some barre chords related to the intervals.

  12. I know you hear this all the time but this is the absolute best instruction I have came across hands down. I guess this sounds a little silly but you literally changed my life. I was so frustrated and couldn't get past the basic beginning chords and desperately need to learn some scales and where this are found on the neck. it just clicked in my brain with the way you explained and the format is spot on. Do you give private lessons with a video like Skype or anything like that. I live in a very real part of the word and it's not possible for me to take lessons when it's a hour and a half drive both ways. I would be happy to pay for the lessons if you do that kind of thing. thank you again. I will be sure to pass your channel on to anyone needing instruction. I am a subscriber now for sure!

  13. Should be one of first thing you have to learn. Thanks a lot.

You've presented this scale thing so amazingly and I'm starting to understand this stuff — although very little at a time however I finally grasp the visuals of this — MANY MANY THANKS !!!
